Started this Tuesday out of pure boredom. I've very happy on how this turned out. I thought this was going to be shit when I finished. I stand corrected. I need to stop doubting myself. Srly.
So these beauties are apart of this new concept I've entitled, Equinoxes. It might be a story, it's in the works. I did a piece on this towards the end of '12. It was ideas for Avery (red head), her love interest Thai, and Eve (white haired). These are the full body out fits for the bunch. I know most, well, all of my stories start out with a bunch of friends doing something outragious. I'm thinking in the first one, they all have their different circumstances and situations and meet towards the end, starting their diverse friendship.
In this idea project thing, the people all come from a planet that worship the gods and goddess of the four seasons. First is Avery, pretty much the main character, is an Autumn, or the slang term is Fall. Eve, second, is a shy, worried Winter. Third is Lotus a proud, outgoing Spring. Lastly, Zoe is an adventurous summer with a forte for surfing.
You'd also expect the girls to be in the same age area and have interests and common qualities - wrong! But the unique thing about their birthdates is that they don't always fall on the months of their desinated season. It's because the seasonal pattern changes every four years. The current progression resembles the northern hemisphere one (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn).

Season: Autumn ("Fall")
Date of Birth: January 8th
Hair Color: Ginger red
Eye Color: Ocean blue
Age: 17
Weight: Around 115 lbs.
Height: 5'7"
Crush/Love Interest: Thai (Spring)
Personality: Worried about her appearence most of the time, since she wants to fit in the new city she just moved to. Other than that, she's very livid when it comes to boys and the finding perfect outfit. It's usually too small or too big.
Background/Story: Avery lives with her dad since her parents have been divorced for about three years. She prefers to live with him because her mother tends to be a party girl and bring a different man home every night. Moving to a new city, Avery believes she can truly find her new self there, with the hope of making friends who might respect her for her anxious and irate self. In the new city, she meets strange guy around her age named Thai. She doesn't realize it at first that he's a Spring when he could pass for a Summer. Even though there are regulations for certain seasons, she wants to do something rebelious and break a few rules and fall for him.

Personality: Fearful, scared, wary, occasional happy.
Background: For most of Eve's life, she was blind, that's why her eyes are permantly gray. She had the surgery to restore her vision when she was 15 and she's been able to see for two years now. It's a very weird feeling for her to be able to actually see things. She wears bandages around her neck because she feels lost without something she's always worn her entire life. She's still trying to get used to seeing since she's always been used to hearing people instead of physically seeing them. Corbin was her friend when she was little and his voice is unforgettable towards her. They reunited on a street corner one day and chat over a cup of coffee. She doesn't see herself as "beautiful" or "pretty" because she doesn't believe in appearence. Eve never really saw her true self until she was 15 so she doesn't know the true definetion of "gorgeous."

Background/Story: Lotus's parents are total hippies so she tends to follow in their footsteps, even though most Springs are like that. She always speaks up for herself no matter what the circumstance is. She's a born fighter. She also doesn't take no for an answer unless it's from her parents. She eventually wants to change her name to something unique and better than a flower, since most girls born as a Spring are named after exotic flowers. She's likes going all out when it comes to fashion. She prefers to wear high heels and long, flowing dresses and skirts.

Background/Story: Zoe is very wild when it comes to swimming and surfing. She was practically born in the water. (If you guessed The Little Mermaid was her favorite movie, then you are correct.) She's very torn at the moment since her brother ran away with his girlfriend, Brie (Winter). He's her best friend and they used to talk every day. Now that he's gone she's trying to get her life together since it's her last year in high school. Zoe doesn't like clothes very much. If she could skinny dip in the ocean, she would in a heartbeat. She also likes traditional tribe music, unlike the crap they play on the radio nowadays. She also plays the acoustic guitar when she's sad.
