She sighed, looking out the window. "We've gotten word from them. It's not like..." she trailed, "They're, you know."
He nodded. "Em?"
Musa turned to him. "Yeah?"

Musa held back her tears, biting her lip. She got up from the ledge and sat in front of him, touching his chin then his face with her warm hand. She smiled, but her expressed turned to sadness almost instantly, seeing his mossy green eyes of pure dejection. She slowly opened her mouth and spoke, "Yes, of course. Now's not the time to give up all hope."
Why am I writing this and not the actual novelll?? DX fml...
